Payment for any classes you have taught during any given month is calculated and paid to your Paypal account during the following month. The date of payment each month can vary due to the large number of teachers registered on our site. If the total of remuneration for classes during any given month is less than 5,000 yen the payment will be deferred each month until you have accumulated greater than 5,000 yen in class fees. If you require funds for any given month that totals less than 5,000 yen to be sent to you please request this via our contact form.

The rules regarding cancelled classes are as follows. If the teacher elects to cancel a class the teacher is not paid for that class. If a student elects to cancel a class the teacher is only paid if the cancellation was made within one hour of the class start time.
Details relating to whether a cancelled class will be paid are displayed on the Lesson Booking Page under the heading Finished Classes.

You are paid the full amount for classes that was stipulated on your profile at the time the lesson booking was made. Your class fees are calculated at the end of each month and will be forwarded to your Papal account sometime during the following month.
There is a 2,000 yen administration fee for STANDARD members deducted from the total of your class fees each time we forward money to your Paypal account. This is the only fee you are charged for using the services of this website, and you are only charged this fee if and when we forward money to your Paypal account. The PREMIUM membership does not incur this admin fee.
